PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

You may return an item within 30 days from ship date, for an exchange or replacement. To qualify for an exchange or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all instruction manuals and materials. Please submit your request using our automated RMA System.

We will not accept returned merchandise without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without authorization will not be processed for refund or exchange.

1. Create a Request for RMA by logging in to our RMA website. If you do not have an account yet, please click SIGNUP and provide accurate information such as name, shipping address and a valid email address.

2. Please provide a detailed description of the reason for returning the product.

3. We will review your request within 4 business days, do not send your item until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved. You can also log in to our system anytime to check the status of your request.

4. Upon receiving an RMA Number, login to our website to print your RMA form and packaging slip. Ship your item.

5. You can monitor the status of your return (24x7) by logging into our website.

As a reminder, please be sure that your purchase was made in the last 30 days, and include your receipt with the product, original packaging and instruction manuals.


Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30-days of order receipt. A return authorization (RA) number is required for all returns. Please call TrainWorld at 718-436-7072 to obtain an RA#. Returned items may incur a restocking fee up to 15%. Returned items must be in new and resalable condition with all original boxes and packing. Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable. Items that are purchased and returned for credit using a promotional discount, including free shipping offers, will be credited less the value of the promotion. Videos, Magazines, Books and reading material in general are not returnable. Once a starter train set is opened, they are not returnable. We will address and rectify any issues should you have any. Shipping will be charged to the customer from any returns that are part of a free shipping program. Shipping cost will be deducted from customers refund.

Shipment Discrepancies Or Damages
Any discrepancies or damages with shipments received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt. In the event an item(s) is damaged upon delivery, wrong items were sent, if there were any overages or shortages, please call TrainWorld at 718-436-7072 during business hours, 10:00-6:00 p.m. eastern standard time, or email us at [email protected] . Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are non-refundable.
