You need to have an RMA account with us to request an RMA ticket.

If you do not have an RMA account, please create an account by clicking the icon "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" at the top of the page. First time users of the returns portal must FIRST create and account. Once created you will need to log in again in order to submit an RMA request. RMA Accounts are separate from your TrainWorld.com ordering account. Requests are normally answered within 24- 72 hours.
